Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales performance and strategic direction of multiple branches and satellite offices within the assigned region. The role ensures each branch and satellite office achieves sales targets, maintains a quality portfolio, and delivers exceptional customer service.
The Regional Sales Manager Mentors Branch Managers and Team leaders, drives regional sales campaigns, and aligns operations with organizational goals.

The role ensures each branch and satellite office achieves sales targets, maintains a quality portfolio, and delivers exceptional customer service.
The Regional Sales Manager Mentors Branch Managers and Team leaders, drives regional sales campaigns, and aligns operations with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Regional Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
- Lead, coach, and supervise Branch Managers and Team Leaders to ensure high team performance.
- Conduct regular regional performance reviews and provide strategic direction.
- Monitor and drive achievement of sales targets across all branches and satellite offices
- Analyze sales trends and market data to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns at the regional level.
- Oversee portfolio health, ensuring low levels of delinquency.
- Support branches in managing early PAR
- Ensure branches follow proper credit risk assessment and documentation standards.
- Ensure all branches operate in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Conduct regular branch audits and operational reviews.
- Ensure consistency in service quality and adherence to company standards.
5. People & Culture Development
- Foster a high-performance culture across the region.
- Drive staff development through coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
- Promote teamwork, integrity, and excellence in all branches.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in financial services or microfinance, with at least 3 years in a branch or regional leadership role.
- Proven track record in leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills across distributed teams.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in financial analysis, loan portfolio management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
