Purpose of the position
As Marketing Officer, you will play a central role in planning, executing, and optimizing our marketing initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills and a creative, data-driven mindset. The ideal candidate should possess solid marketing experience, familiarity with digital tools and platforms, and preferably exposure to multiple areas of the marketing mix, including advertising, social media, and events
Key responsibilities & duties
- Conduct quarterly market research and competitor analysis to monitor industry trends, customer preferences, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities, and provide management with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Manage and maintain the Company's social media platforms and digital assets by planning content, coordinating campaigns, monitoring engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including strategic partners, motor vehicle dealers, media houses, suppliers, and other external parties to support business growth and enhance the Company's brand visibility.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities, including meetings, events, activations, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives, while ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Monitor media coverage and public perception of the Company, and recommend initiatives to strengthen brand reputation and market presence.
- Develop and maintain a database of strategic partners, dealerships, media contacts, and other key stakeholders, ensuring regular engagement and relationship management.
- Prepare quarterly market intelligence reports highlighting industry developments, competitor activities, customer feedback, marketing performance, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that contribute to customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.
- Ensure all marketing materials, digital content, and stakeholder communications comply with the Company's branding guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any other marketing and business development responsibilities as may be assigned by Management from time to time.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing or related role, with a demonstrated track record of delivering results.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic and systematic thinker with strong networking skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
