About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused Human Capital Assistant to join our team and support the delivery of efficient HR services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in both digital and physical formats.
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires and ensure smooth integration into the company.
  • Assist in administering employee benefits, leave tracking, and payroll data preparation.
  • Prepare, validate, and process payroll for agents in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Provide administrative support for HR projects, policies, and training programs.
  • Coordinate staff welfare activities and maintain HR communication channels.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in handling general HR queries.
  • Prepare and circulate agendas, minutes, and action points for management meetings.
  • Follow up on action items from management meetings to ensure timely implementation.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a human resources role.
  • Good understanding of Kenyan labour laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software is an added advantage.
